AV Control Center 1 and 2

I have the AV Control Centre 1...I hate it. If you plug in a scart lead then the only output is via scart. Why doesn't it output the sound via stereo RCA as well? :roll: My £10 Argos switcher can do it :x~:-x~:mad:



I got around those problems by using another switchbox alongside the Joytech one though



Next problem: it has a weird problem with 60Hz signals and it just flat-out refuses to show a signal from my US Gamecube.



Next problem: you can't plug everything into the Joytech set and then output the sound via optical or RCA. It's one or the other. Not both. So my PS2 used optical and my PSOne used RCA, but I couldn't plug in both cables into the output to my amp. No...I have to pick one or the other (and guess what? It won't pass an RCA signal through the optical connector)



Add another 5 problems and you see why I hate this thing. Now I just use 2 Argos RGB switchers. They're passive and even though there is some signal loss, images still look fine, IMO
