What games are you buying for the xbox 360

I was just wondering what games people are going to bag on release day for the xbox 360



My short list is:



Ghost Recon 3

Call of Duty



I also want Gears of War and Quake 4 but I beleive these wont be availible on release day. I hope I am wrong and they are.

Dead or Alive looks good. I can never get the hang of these beat em ups with all their combo moves. I normally just button hack which to be honest doesnt work to well. My fav beat em up of all time is Final Fight. No real combo moves to learn, nice and simple.



Shame gears of war is not out on release day as it looks something special :o~:-o~:eek:

Definitely getting Ghost Recon 3, possibly Call of Duty.

Would love Gears of War but will have to be patient, i see all the demos of GOW are still only running on 1 core, looks awesome. :thumbup:

I havent heard of this game Senko No Ronde, what tye of game is it? :)~:-)~:smile:

It's an arcade game, developed by G-Rev (ex-Taito guys who made the superb Border Down).



Player takes control of a mech, it plays like a shooter when you are at a distance from an enemy, then switches to a different system more like a fighter for close combat. Think half-way between Zone of the Enders and a a more traditional arcade shooting game.



The Xbox port was announced by G-Rev just a few days ago for release in Japan. (A Dreamcast port is also rumoured, but not yet officially announced... it would seem likely though, as Senko No Ronde runs on Sega's NAOMI arcade hardware.)



I hope it makes it's way to the US and UK in time, it's an excellent game, otherwise I'll have to either get a Jap system or a modded 360 for games like this.

Sounds cool, I love coin-op shooters the gener has died a death in the US and UK. I googled the name and saw the arcade, it looks right up my street. Cheers for the heads up on this game, I will definately like to see this in action. :bow:

Got the original GR2 but not Summit strike, though tempted to buy it for £14.99



thing is not really worth buying lots of new games now as its only a couple of months till the 360

I flogged my xbox about a month ago, as I figured they will only sell for about £20 come end of november.

Not buying any new games for Xbox 1 now. Saving pennies for Xbox 360 and looking to flog my Xbox very soon with most of the games going with it.

I actually have two xboxes, one crystal (unmodded) and another of the green limited editions (mod chip & bigger hard drive)



To be honest doubt if i will sell the green xbox as it will still get used no doubt (more if the promise of backwards compatibility isn't realised)



Might get rid of the crystal one though, and no doubt someone on ebay will want it :lol:
