Electric Tv Cabinet for Plasma/LCD

I am looking at making a rising and falling TV cabinet for my bedroom, it is my intention of housing a TV of about 32" in it. My question is has anybody done something like this before and if so did they make any sort of plans that may help me on my way, if not has anyone come across anything like this on 'tinternet.
