DSP-A1 keeps cutting out

Help required. I have a DSP-A1 connected to B&W speakers in a 5.1 setup. This evening it's decided to cut out after about 30-40 seconds. I have had the impedance set to 8 for as long as i've had it and this was fine. setting to 4 seems to have cured it (for now). Do i have a dodgy connection internally ? As an asside the display reads "put" instead of "input" it's been this way for a while though. your thoughts would be appreciated

I'm not shure if I can help you, but I'll give it a shot. The only thing I can think of causing this is a short on the speakerwires. Are you shure you just did'nt fix a short when you were back there doing the switch?

Check all yout wires and try the impedance swict again.

If it shuts down again try to disconnect everything, if it still shuts down it is an internal error.
