If like me you can't turn down those led displays on your dvd,video,sky boxes enough.Then find out some old negetives and look for the end of the roll bit which is blank. Cut it to size and selotape it over the bright bits.Simple isn't it.

Why do TV manufacturers insist on having LEDs that stay ON when the TV is on?!? My Toshiba 36ZD26P does it and I can't for the life of me figure out one good reason why it does so [/rant]



That circular 'motion' thing on Sky+ is a bit annoying as well.

It's horrible, but you can turn it off in the system menu. Much better when turned off, just the record or play LED then.

I only leave it on because it hypnotises the girlfriend which then results in less 'What's he/she been in before?' when watching TV :lol:

What makes the Tosh worse is that when watching an analogue channel (which I somtimes do while recording digital to Tivo) you get two bloody lights, red and green-I don't know whether to stop or go! :?~:-?~:???:
