View Full Version : Best Hi Fi interconnect

I am looking to upgrade my Hi Fi interconnects, going from my CD deck to my amp.
What do you think of "QED Qunex Two Phono pair".
Are these the best for £30.00 or could I do better?

I've not tried these (http://www.avtalk.co.uk/forum/index.php?t=msg&th=1267&start=0&rid=77&SQ=10740143 85) myself yet, but many on this forum will tell you they are the best. ;)~;-)~

I upgraded from Ecosse Producer Mk2 to Scorpion cables and got worthwhile improvements
sound appeared to sound cleaner with better defined bass
I would fully recommend them
£31 to your door

Check out Nic Roads thread
"Video Cables (Mega Long) All you need to know?"
Makes for great cable reading :)~:-)~

I'd second Hans' recommendation of Groundy's 'Scorpion' cables. The analogue interconnect is very good indeed and the digital one is superb IMHO.

Currently I am using Van Den Hul The Bay C5, althought it cost me £39 (free delivery in UK) but the sound transfer by it is really good.
The sound of it loud and clear with a really good outlooking too ;)~;-)~
So I suggest you can try to spend few pounds more to use this interconnection.

I am also using a Van Den Hul The Bay C5 which I bought recently via eBay. I managed to get one for £26 Inc P&P from a trader. Try having a look at his eBay shop here
He currently has some for sale. It came in its original packaging all sealed.
