denon 3803 probs!

took delivery of brand new 3803 today and have connected as instructed in manual but cannot get set up screen menu to appear either on tv or 3803 itself.

am i doing something wrong, please can anyone give me some advice??

OK, lets see.



Have you connected the amp through composite or s-video to the display?

Make shure the remote operates the amp when you press menu/setup.

On screen display might be off, but it should be on as that is the default setting. If it is off you should see the options on the amps display.



Can't think of anything else at the moment so let's hope that solves it.

thanks for your reply, it is much appreciated. I have now put component lead from 3803 to side input on tv and have menu at last :clap:
