Some what belated i know but thought i'd just mention how good the Purewave R70 sounds now that i've received it and got it set up.
My previous sub woofer was a passive system wired through the front speakers and thought that sounded pretty good. The R70 however adds clarity and depth to every movie as opposed to the distracting booming sound i previously thought made for good surround effects.
I think I can further improve the sound when i get around to purchasing a longer lead and positioning it better.
