OK, I've got my Pioneer 5i with all my speakers and all hooked up but I have a problem. All my sources (DVD, SKY+, PS2, Panasonic-Q) only have Optical Digital outputs. Now the 5i have a distinct lack of these, I should probably be buying a DVD with i-Link but can't aford to right now, so can I get a decent convertor to switch the PS2/Panasonic to a Digital Coax connect or is there a better method?

Here's a solution: Optical multi-adaptor (http://www.tvcables.co.uk/cgi-bin/tvcables/APRILO1.html)
Not sure what the quality degradation would be like, but probably worth a try for £8.

Or how about one of these optical to coaxial convertors (http://www.maplin.co.uk/products/module.asp?CartID=040413200820710&moduleno=29293) from Maplin.

I use an m-audio co2 convertor with good results.
