Hello all, I have a small problem, I have Coax output on my Satellite receiver but on my AV system Yamaha 750 there is only a Optical input, Is there anything I can do? is there some form of conversion i can use,Also one last Question, Which is the best form of Cable (coax or optical). Thank you

Which is the best form of Cable (coax or optical).
Unless useing fairly high end equipment the 2 different digital cables perform just about the same!
Coax is generally said to be slightly better as there is less conversion involved for the signal, but optical is better if running over long distances.
